An owner’s version, she is a three-berth catamaran, two queen sized beds and one double, with a large bathroom on the owner’s side, and separate head and shower for guests on the other.
The current owners had her for five years, sparing no expense to prepare her for cruising the world. From a high output 160L p/h water maker, 6KVA genset, high output alternators, 840ah Lithium house bank, Iridium Go, Starlink, Air Conditioning, Dyneema Rigging, New Sails, New Running Rigging, All new electronics: chart plotter, autopilot, and radar, huge fridge and freezer, 3 x smart TV’s, 1.2kw of solar power, and even a remote battery/bilge monitoring and motion sensor when you leave her at anchor. The Fusion 40 is known for its fast cruising capabilities, Rio sailed from Sydney to Fiji in 10.5 days, averaging 174nm a day and clocking two 200nm days.
