This fifty-type sailing yacht impresses with its remarkable living space and ease of handling. Everything has been designed for comfortable long-term living aboard, with roller-furling sails and a powerful bow thruster making maneuvers effortless.

The two cockpits comfortably accommodate numerous guests, seated on elegant benches and well protected from sun and rain by large biminis and a solid hardtop.

The standing rigging is recent (2020), the sails have been serviced, and the navigation instruments are state-of-the-art: 4G radar, AIS transceiver, sonar, depth sounder, VHF, and B&G autopilot, all installed professionally in 2017.

Electrical autonomy is ensured by solar panels, a wind generator, and two alternators. A 1600W inverter and Victron MPPT regulator complete the system.

Rainwater can be collected and filtered to fill the two tanks with a total capacity of 1,900 liters—a simple, sustainable, and ideal solution for long stays at anchor, far from shore water supplies. The wiring and plumbing are already in place to install a watermaker, should the future owner wish to do so.

The interior is spacious and bright, with excellent ventilation thanks to numerous opening portholes. The aft cabin, worthy of a small apartment, features a private bathroom. Two additional cabins and a second bathroom allow accommodation for up to five guests.

The galley is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ample storage, and generous work surfaces, plus a convenient storage locker.

Finally, the diesel tanks have a total capacity of 2,200 liters, providing a range of 2,200 nautical miles at 7 knots.

An ideal yacht for living aboard and comfortable cruising, offered at a very competitive price
