The signature of the search mandate gives Yachting 22 legally the right to search and offer you your boat.
A list of documents to provide will be requested to build your file
Yachting 22° accompanies you and advises you during visits. If the boat is out of territory the visit can be done remotely via a video conference with the seller
At the moment you agree on the price and terms of the sale with the seller, a sales agreement is drawn up and you must pay a deposit on our account
Sea trials make it possible to check the proper functioning of the equipment and the behaviour of the boat. A maritime survey can be carried out, with the boat temporary dried out, to check the condition of the hull, the rudder and the submerged parts of the engines
If everything is compliant, the bill of sale can be signed! You pay the balance and the seller sends all administrative and technical documents to Yachting 22 so that the change of ownership can be done in due form.
